While the “real” Random Jottings 2, which I should have done back in the early 1970s, never saw print in our dimension, it seems that it did appear in an alternate reality. Thanks to the magic of Jim Young, a copy of that alternate magazine found its way into my possession. The “alternate history” Random Jottings 2 appears in this volume, along with the “real” Random Jottings 4. The original print version was done in “Ace Double” style.
